Ventilation

Ventilation in HVAC is something that is often overlooked by service technicians and installers. Ventilation is an important part of any HVAC system, because it brings fresh air from outside into the conditioned space. The fresh air dilutes air which may contain contaminants such as carbon dioxide and other chemicals that may be stored or produced within the space.

Air Conditioning Sizing

A bigger system is not always better! An over sized air conditioning system will rapidly cool a building, which results in short cycling of the system. It takes a certain amount of time and depending on the heat load, to properly dehumidify and reduce the temperature. Most Certainly, an undersized system will run constantly on a hot summer day. An adequately sized air conditioning system will:

  • Minimize Energy Costs
  • Minimize Construction Costs
  • Provide Maximum Dehumidification
